Aliens are using lasers to move planets around.
Scientists are convinced that extraterrestrials can colonise space and make vast space systems more habitable by bringing their own homes with them.
Raghav Narasimha, Margarita Safonova and C. Sivaram - from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics at Christ University in Bangalore - made the extraordinary claims while studying the dwarf star KIC 8462852.
The trio said: "A civilisation can expand to a system that has planets in the habitable zone, or a planet can be moved into it."
The claim comes following the revelation that NASA is scouring the skies for signs of alien civilisations.
Dr. Michelle Thalller, a scientist at the US space agency, explained that conferences have been held regarding the possibility of the James Webb telescope finding evidence of extraterrestrial life on another planet.
Speaking at Artechouse's Beyond the Light exhibit, Dr. Thaller said: "There are extra scientists that are searching the sky for signs of alien civilisations.
"We've had conferences about what happens if the James Webb Telescope observes an atmosphere of a planet around another star and we see things that don't look natural."
