A pilot has reported seeing a UFO mid-flight.
Airline pilot claims he spotted a UFO in the middle of a flight
Virginia-based airline captain Julious Figueroa had been on a routine flight over the Midwest when he spotted what he believed was an unidentified flying object around "15 feet" to his left and claimed that members of his team could also see it.
He told WSHV: "We were climbing to 10,000 feet, and at around 4,300 feet I was looking into the distance and this thing caught my eye. It started getting closer and it was approaching me about 15 feet to my left heading north. Three of them see it, including one of the instructors. By the time I turned the plane, it was already on the horizon.
Julious - who described the object as a a spherical golden orb - tried to raise the alarm by calling Air Traffic Control, but to no avail as they failed to notice the object he believed he had seen.
He added: "There was a long pause on the other end, and then they said they didn’t see it."
