For those who like it hot, Frank’s RedHot sauce have taken these chicken wings to the next level by adding their famous sauce to create perfect buffalo chicken wings, take a look at this video to see how you can make yours! Buffalo Chicken Wings – Fried Cooked Ingredients: ½ a bottle FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce Oil 10 Chicken Wings 100g Unsalted Butter 1 tbsp Plain Flour 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Salt Pepper Directions: Wash the chicken wings and dry with kitchen roll. Once dry, season both sides of the wings with salt & pepper. In to a bowl, place the flour and cayenne pepper and combine. Place wings in to bowl and lightly coat with the flour/cayenne. Then place in the refrigerator for at least 20 mins. Remove wings from refrigerator and deep fry for 12 minutes. Whilst waiting for the wings to cook, we need to make the wing sauce. In a small pan place the butter and garlic powder, add low heat and when the butter is almost melted, remove from heat. Pour in 1/2 Bottle of Franks RedHot and stir gently. Once wings are ready, place in to a large bowl and pour in the wing sauce. Toss to fully coat the wings. Serve with Celery and Ranch/Blue Cheese dips. Buffalo Chicken Wings – Oven Cooked Ingredients: 50 ml FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 50g Butter, melted 1.25 kg Chicken wings Directions: Split the chicken wings into 3 pieces and discard the tips. Mix the FRANK'S® RedHot® sauce with the melted butter. Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 260°C on lowest oven rack for 20-25 minutes until crispy, turning once. Toss wings in sauce to coat.
