The red carpet at Comic-Con always give us a bit of gossip – but we really were treated to a sight this year – Robert Pattinson tripped up on the carpet and then did all the interviews with a very red face! He looked very embarrassed at his literal slip up and we even felt a little bit sorry for him. He did counteract this though by giving a very bold statement which has made lots of people happy. He has quit smoking! He has been criticised in the past for glamorising smoking and being a bad role model for his younger fans by having cigarettes, but now, he has told the world that he has quit. It apparently comes after he had been trying for some time. The interviewer said: "Robert Pattinson also tells us after trying for a bit he has finally quit smoking” Kristen Stewart will be happy! Maybe it will even make her smile – or maybe we won’t go that far! Taylor Lautner came down the red carpet not long after Robert Pattinson and also had a few things to say – he did luckily stay on both feet though and not trip. Taylor Lautner actually did say that he thinks he would make a better dad than Robert Pattinson. This talk came out with the fact that R-Pat as Edward in Twilight is now a father. The interviewer said: “Taylor revealed that he thinks he would make a better dad than Rob!" Does this mean that Taylor Lautner is getting broody? We think most girls would gladly step forward and do the deed if he likes? The last ever Twilight film is out later on this year, and we’re just hoping that Taylor Lautner does more films where he takes his top off as we’re definitely going to miss that!
