Paris Hilton lost faith in men after her sex tape was leaked online by her ex-boyfriend. The 32-year-old socialite was aged just 21 when her then-boyfriend, Rick Salomon, filmed them getting intimate and later leaked the footage online when they'd split. The footage eventually was released as an adult DVD entitled '1 Night in Paris', and the entire experience demolished the trust the blonde beauty had for anyone. Speaking in an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: "It was the most painful thing I ever went through in my life. This was not just some random person, it was my boyfriend who I was with for a few years and who I really loved and trusted. It was such a violation of everything. "I was so hurt and so in shock and it's been hard for me to ever really trust anyone again, especially guys, because it's the most horrible thing you could do to a person." Paris - who has been dating River Viiperi since last year - finds it hard to believe that some wannabe celebrities are deliberately releasing X-rated footage of themselves as a way of boosting their fame. The hotel heiress said: "It's very bizarre to me to see girls purposely doing it to launch a career, and I think it's kind of pathetic and disgusting."
