Amy Adams, Jennifer Lawrence and Matthew McConaughey were among the winners at the Golden Globes last night. The 71st annual event in Los Angeles was hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler at the Beverley Hilton Hotel. 'American Hustle' won three awards out of seven nominations, including Best Supporting Actress (Musical or Comedy), which was handed to Jennifer Lawrence for her role as Rosalyn Rosenfeld in the film. In her acceptance speech, she said: "I don't know why it's so terrifying it's obviously a good thing. Thank you to my family and my team, thank you so much!" The film also took home the award for Best Motion Picture (Comedy) and Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for Amy Adams. 'Dallas Buyer's Club' also picked up two awards, which went to Matthew McConaughy, who played an AIDS victim, and Jared Leto in the Best Actor (Drama) and Best Supporting Actor categories. 'Breaking Bad' was among the winners in the TV categories, with two wins and other winners included Leonardo DiCaprio as Best Actor (Musical or Comedy) for his role in 'The Wolf of Wall Street' and Cate Blanchett for Best Actress (Drama) in Blue Jasmine.
