Who in their right mind carries over £6,000 cash in their purse? The answer... Lindsay Lohan. We all thought she was meant to be broke? Maybe she’s learnt her lesson not to carry all that money round with her, after her purse got stolen at the weekend. Lindsay’s purse itself was worth over £3,000. It was Chanel, and also had in it her passport and ID. Lindsay was visiting Hawaii, and for some unknown reason, Lindsay left – yes left that really expensive purse with all the money inside – in her car whilst she went into a party. First of all, if we were carrying that amount of cash around, then we would not let that purse leave our sight, and secondly, if we were in Hawaii, but needed our passport to fly home for an important court appearance, then we definitely would not let that purse out of our sight. But yes, Lindsay did. There is also a recording of when she found out her purse had been stolen, and she threatens to kill someone. She was clearly very angry – as we pointed out, she needed to passport to get back to LA, where, if she failed to turn up to court this week, could maybe end up back in jail. Her not turning up would probably lead to her probation being revoked, just as it was in October when she failed to do her community service. Lindsay is heard saying: "This is not good. I will f**king kill someone if I even have to get questioned." Luckily, Lindsay’s purse was found and the people who had stolen it had not taken her passport of ID, Phew! However, they had taken £6,400 in cash. Bet they had one hell of a night out that night.
