Amid rumours that Katy Perry has found herself yet another man in the form of American singer John Mayer, Katy had revealed how she keeps her figure in such good shape. Unfortunately she doesn’t say that she eats cake and biscuits all day long 0- if that was the solution, we’d all look like Katy Perry – she actually puts it down to humous and healthy meals. Katy talked about her diet when she was on tour and said: "When I was on the road, I liked to have a light soup, a piece of grilled chicken and grilled asparagus for dinner. I always need my daily vitamins and I loved fresh-pressed juices and coconut water. I also love snacks, but pick healthier options like veggies and hummus, tangerines or Popchips." Now we’re not surprised that she’s mentioned popchips – she is actually a spokesperson for them! She said that she takes such good care of her diet as if she gets ill. Then it puts her whole schedule off. She said: "Eating healthy is so important because I can't afford to get sick... When I was on the road, it was very important to eat a balanced meal and to make sure my energy was up for every two-hour show." We guess her crazy dance routines and jumping around the stage also have a lot to do with her great body – and there are a few other things she credits too. She said: "I get into a routine of waking up early, starting my day with a workout, meditating and getting fresh air... I love being outdoors. I prefer to go on hikes or ride my bike." Well if gossip is to be believed she has a new companion for those hikes in the form of John Mayor. They were spotted flirting and we all know what John’s reputation is like with the ladies – he has Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston on his list of past flames! Maybe Katy can be added to that now!
