Johnny Depp fell for Amber Heard because she loves blues music. The Black Mass actor says one of the reasons he married his The Rum Diary co-star is because they share many of the same interests. He gushed: “We connect on a lot of levels but the first thing that really got me was she’s an aficionado of the blues. I would play a song, some old obscure blues song and she would know what it was.” The 52-year-old actor also loves that his 29-year-old partner is a keen reader. He added to E! News: “She’s very, very literate. She’s a voracious reader, as I have been, so we connected on that as well. And she’s kind of brilliant. I’m a lucky man.”
