We spotted Cheryl Cole at radio studios in London yesterday. She is finally back on the scene and doing interviews to promote her new album and the first single from it, Say My name. The one thing that everyone wants to ask her about though, is Simon Cowell and her love life – yes, Cheryl, everyone wants gossip – it’s much more interesting than how long your album has taken you to make and what producers you worked with. When asked about Mr Cowell, Cheryl referred to him as a frenemy – a cross between a friend and an enemy - So all is not well and perfect then! Cheryl said: "We’re friends. Well, frenemies. I have spoken to him many times since the X factor incident. If you're asking if there were interesting conversations, absolutely. But I haven’t thought about working with Simon again. I've enjoyed this past year making the record and having the time to do that." Ouch. Sounds like there might still be some bitter feelings there. It was only the other day that Simon Cowell was trying to creep up to Cheryl by tweeting about how good he thought her new song is. The creeping obviously didn’t fully work on her. When asked about her love life – and let’s face it, she’s been associated with a few names over the past year – including her ex hubby Ashley Cole, Will I Am, and many different record producers, she simply said: "my love life doesn’t exist. I'm not interested right now. I've not got the time with my album." Cheryl also admitted to being a twitter addict. She said: "I resisted Twitter for so long, it was the enemy for so long. But I love it now. I don't know what I was doing without it. I find that the haters on there are quite hilarious. Just have a nice time and follow nice people!" Good advice Chezza!
