Paddy McGuiness will be hosting proceedings once more as dating show Take Me Out returns to ITV for a sixth series.

Every Saturday evening, 30 single women will be presented with a host of men who Paddy hopes is their 'Mr Right'.

In a new twist to the format, any guy lucky enough to have girls still with their lights on during the final round will be given the opportunity to 'trade in' those remaining for a 'Mysterious Girl' hidden in the love lift.

This new element of gamble could entice the curiousity of those who don't feel they have a spark with any of the remaining women, but the men will only be able to hear the sound of their voices before making their decision.

With 324 sets of fake eyelashes used across the entire series, 112 bottles of face and body foundation as well as 48 cans of extra-large hairspray, the girls this series are not messing around when it comes to looking good.

The new 'Flirty 30' have some success stories to compete with, including one wedding, one engagement, four couples and a baby all a byproduct of the show!

Take Me Out returns to ITV from early January.
