Sophie Powles has given birth to a baby girl.
The 32-year-old actress - who is best known for playing Holly Barton on 'Emmerdale' - has taken to Instagram to reveal that she's welcomed her first child with her partner Mark Waters.
Alongside a photo of her baby girl, Sophie wrote: "Nearly a month ago our little girl joined us. Marli Ocean Waters you are Magic. (sic)"
The former soap star - who appeared on 'Emmerdale' between 2009 and 2012, before another six-month stint five years ago - has also posted some behind-the-scenes snaps of her baby gifts on her Instagram Story.
Alongside a shot of one of her presents, she wrote on the photo-sharing platform: "Another brilliant baby gift from the cousins. Thanks for the fanny pack @mhairibeveridge @katy.bev (sic)"
Sophie announced news of her pregnancy on social media earlier this year.
The actress posted a photo of herself lying on a beach alongside Mark with her bump on display.
She wrote at the time: "And so the adventure of us three begins."
Sophie was soon flooded with congratulatory messages from her followers, including from some of her former 'Emmerdale' co-stars.
Eden Taylor-Draper - who plays Belle Dingle in the ITV soap - sent her three orange heart emojis, saying "beautiful".
Tom Lister - who played Carl King - posted three red hearts to wish his one-time castmate well.
'Love Island' host Laura Whitmore also messaged her friend to say "congrats".
Sophie's 'Emmerdale' character Holly had an eventful time in the Dales, as she got hooked on drugs as a teenager.
The character died in heartbreaking final scenes when her mum Moira - played by Natalie J Robb - found her dead in bed from a heroin overdose.
