The 38-year-old actress recently gave birth to her second child with her fiance Gorka Marquez, and Gemma has now taken to social media to share her son's name with her Instagram followers.
Alongside a photo of her baby boy, Gemma - who also has Mia, three, the the professional dancer - wrote: "Thiago Thomas Marquez. Our family is complete."
The TV star announced the birth of her baby boy earlier this month.
Gemma explained that she was "soaking up this lovely little bubble" before Gorka begins his preparations for the new series of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: "Little man is here! He arrived safe and sound and he's utterly wonderful. Mia is already the mother hen we expected her to be.
"We're all home together soaking up this lovely little bubble before Gorks has to leave for Strictly rehearsals next week.
"Thank you for all the lovely well wishes. Our family is complete. (sic)"
Meanwhile, Gorka previously admitted that he was looking forward to becoming a dad for the second time.
The 32-year-old star - who first met Gemma on 'Strictly' - insisted that he wouldn't take having another child "for granted".
Following their pregnancy announcement, Gorka told HELLO! magazine: "We're so blessed. He'll be a little sibling – and maybe future dance partner - for our daughter Mia. She's obsessed with dancing, so who knows.
"That we get the chance to have another baby - we never take that for granted. Life flies, so make the most of every second you have."
