The Girls Aloud singer and bosses at her Sony/AVT publishing company have been targeted in a lawsuit from a songwriter who claims to have worked on her chart-topping hit.
The suit, filed by Peermusic publishers in the U.S., is seeking a slice of the profits from the track, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.
