Tom Hiddleston says that it is an ‘honour’ to be back at the BFI London Film Festival.

Only Lovers Left Alive was screened at the festival last night and sees Hiddleston team up with actress Tilda Swinton.

Hiddleston is no stranger to the London Film Festival and he admits that he is thrilled to be back.

Speaking to FemaleFirst on the red carpet in Leicester Square last night he said: “I started here: the very first film that I was in was called Unrelated by Joanna Hogg and it screened here.

“This film festival feels like home and it is a real honour to be back with this one.”

If you are a Hiddleston fan you are in for a treat as we are going to be seeing plenty of him on the big screen over the coming months.

He is back as the villainous Loki in Thor: The Dark World: a film that sees him team up with Chris Hemsworth.

He has also completed work on Muppets Most Wanted and The Pirate Fairy. He will also be starring in Crimson Peak, a movie that is directed by Guillermo Del Toro.

Only Lovers Left Alive is released 21st February 2014.
