Olivia Rubin wants to dress the Duchess of Cambridge.

The British fashion designer - who counts Lily Allen, Cheryl Cole and Claudia Schiffer among her celebrity fans - aspires to design for the elegant royal and thinks she would look stunning in a more daring, brightly coloured look.

Olivia, who has partnered with Dove for their new Colour Confidence campaign, told BANG Showbiz: "I would love to dress Kate Middleton. I'm currently focusing on dressing women who want to embrace colour and reinvent their style.

"I am experimenting with florals in various shapes and sizes and am especially inspired by modern art."

The star cites Miuccia Prada, the force behind Italian fashion house Prada and sister label Miu Miu, as her number one inspiration when it comes to fellow designers.

She explained: "Miuccia Prada is a strong empowered woman who reinvents the label each season."

Olivia, now 32, started her business aged just 25 and believes her success stems from total dedication to her job.

She said: "When you own your own business, it is a 24/7 project - very hard to switch off! You need to be 100 per cent committed and keep creativity flowing at all times."

The designer has teamed up with Dove Invisible Dry partners to encourage women to ditch the trusty blacks and greys and inject more colour into their wardrobes.

Throughout the month of June, women can upload photos of themselves being colour confident on dove.com/colourconfidence for the chance to win a bespoke capsule collection exclusively created by the designer for Dove.

The new Dove Invisible Dry deodorant range is available from all major supermarkets and retailers now.
