Martin Kemp would have cosmetic surgery if he thought it was "appropriate".
The Spandau Ballet star insists it isn't something he is considering right now, but hasn't ruled out going under the knife one day in the future.
He said: "I don't think at the moment it's something that I think about, it doesn't worry me but if I thought it was appropriate then I would.
"I don't have a problem with anyone doing anything to themselves, I think what is underneath it is are they happy and if that makes them happy, do it."
And the 'True' hitmaker would have no problem if any of his bandmates decided they wanted to have work done to alter their appearances.
Asked what he'd say if one of the other members of the group said they were going to have surgery, he added to BANG Showbiz: "Exactly that, I think going under the knife and people changing the way they look is about what's happening inside your head and if that's going to make you happy by doing that then I have no problem with it really.
"Everybody's body belongs to them and if they want tattoos or if they want to change the way their face is then fantastic, good for you. If that makes you happy inside your head then that's great."
