Lady Gaga is getting a bit of a reputation for her totally insane fashion - just when we thought the Kermit coat was taking things a step too far she decides to wear an elephant in her hair.
The kooky singer showed up on TV show in Japan with her hair fashioned into the shape of an elephant.
Gaga then played a rather serious and professional acoustic set without mention of the creature sitting on her head- and even the presenters of the show failed to comment on this bizarre headwear.
What next? Is she going to rock up to a TV show with two live puppies dangling from her ears!?
