Without a doubt, this pop star deserves to be crowned with the 2011 Ultimate Beauty Award as she has changed her look whether hair or make up style so many times over the past 12 months.
In 2011, Katy Perry has been a style chameleon changing her hair colour over and over. And the same applies to her make up.
Perry is known for her signature jet black locks, but this year has saw her change her hair from black, to ginger, to blonde to a candyfloss shade of pink.
She also loves various different hairstyles, her favourites are classic waves and fifties style curls, but this year we’ve also seen her sport straight styles.
Her make up styles are forever changing as well.
She loves to heavily define her dark, thick brows with eyebrow pencil and she is a major lover of black eyeliner.
She wears lashngs of eyeliner, and is a big fan of creating that pin-up girl flick.
Like her hair, she isn’t afraid of colour, she wears every colour under the sun on her eyelids, from purple, green and blue to classic gold shades.
For her lips, Katy likes to enhance them with bright coloured lip sticks, from bubblegum pink to a classic red.
It’s not just us that have seen the potential of her evolving beauty style, skincare and beauty companies have asked her to endorse products due her eye for beauty.
Katy had her own range of O.P.I nail varnishes, she also endorses the skincare range Proactive and ha become the face of GHD hair products. And the end of 2010 saw Katy launch her own fragrance, Purr.
There’s clearly no stopping Katy in the beauty stakes and there is no doubt that she will continue to evolve her look further in 2012.
