Michelle Obama wears Jason Wu

It's been a busy week for celebrities with all the inauguration celebrations but who's style has shone through the political focus?

Special mention must of course go to the new First Lady of fashion, Michelle Obama. Her white, one shouldered gown by Jason Wu at the Inauguration Ball wowed critics and Michelle proved that she knows her stuff when it comes to fashion.

The full length gown was fitting for such a formal occasion and the soft tone flattered Michelle's colouring.

Demi Moore also proved she's still got it in the fashion stakes wearing a stunning Donna Karan number to MTV and ServiceNation's "Be the Change: Live From The Inaugural Ball" in Washington on Tuesday..

The strapless number was more than a simple little-black-dress with ruffle detail around the chest and a peplum style skirt. The wide band nipped in Demi's small waist.

She accessorised with just the right amount of diamonds on her wrist and ears and simple black pumps. We feel that she could have been a bit more adventurous with her heels considering the simple shade of the dress but overall a great look.

Keep it up Ms. Moore and you'll continue to challenge those young Hollywood Whippersnappers yet!
