She looks great in bold colours like hot pink which stand well against her dark hair but she can also pull off muted, girly floral patterns too. She wowed the MTV VMAs with a floral prom dress with on trend rara skirt. Katy kept accessories to a minimum adding just a butterfly hair clip and a golden tan. A slick of bright red lipstip again complements her jet black her and the pink blushes looks great against her Californian glow.
Yesterday Katy attended the Bulgari store opening party in Paris wearing a stunning off the shoulder dress, cinched in with a belt to emphasuise her small waist. Katy proved bold is back when it comes to eyebrows, with her strong arches and long lashes framing her eyes.
So it might take more than some cherry chapstick to get her look but Katy certainly looks great.
