Liv Tyler
The lovely Liv Tyler is what most Hollywood wannabes inspire to be- stunning, elegant and curvy. You won't see Liv starving herself to a size zero, just to fit in with the LA perception of beautiful, and that is why we here at FemaleFirst think she is worthy of our Style Icon award.
Whatever she wears, Liv pulls it off effortlessly, and what's more doesn't succumb to that tangoed look that's favoured by many celebs. Her skin tone means she can pull off most colours and rarely puts a fashion foot wrong.
Ever since she came to our attention as Arwen in Lord of The Rings we've been enchanted by her ethereal style. Ok, so she doesn't really have pointy elf ears or wear long jewelled gowns as standard, but when she attends a premiere, she knows what works for her height and shape.
Liv often works the maxi dress to perfection in a range of jewel colours, but she looks her most stunning in simple black. Especially now she's cut her hair into a very fashionable bob, her new look gives her an almost 1940s edge, which again is a look many stars wish they could master.

This one shoulder wonder from Lanvin brings out Liv's blue eyes to perfection. She keeps her hair simple with an elegant up-do and accessorises her smokey eyes with some simple chandelier earrings. Love it.
We think this black satin number and white jacket combo is a great look on Liv. Even back then she was fashion forward wearing a tuxedo jacket with her evening dress. Love the glossy hair and vintage earrings too Liv!
Liv looks a lot more relaxed here, with barely any make-up on and simple hair. Although it's a minimal look for a night out, Liv pulls it off by letting her stunning dress do all the talking.
