The wait is finally over Gossip Girl fans, as the hit U.S. show returns to our screens tonight at 9pm. To mark the occasion, we decided to complete our trio of fashionable lovelies by taking a closer look at Jenny Humphrey and her style.
Jenny was definitely the odd one out last series, always trying to fit in with the popular girls and as such changing her style to match theirs, without the aid of a trust fund.
That said, by the second half of the series, Little J definitely came into her own, dethroning Blair and taking over the reign of the Met Steps with a new funky wardrobe, coloured tights and a borrowed hair band fetish from Queen B herself.
This series, we already hinted that Jenny was going to go through many style changes to reflect a darker period in her life, although this isn't really obvious till about episode 8.
After then, her and her style become something completely different to what we're used to seeing from Jenny and we have to say, we approve of the transformation!
Although our only complaint is that Taylor Momsen, who is only 15 in real life as well, now looks as though she is approaching her twenties.
The plus side however, is that she recently featured in our coveted Ones To Watch, thanks to this makeover, so we can only hope she gets more adventurous as she hits her late teens.

Grown-Up Chic
We're loving this look on Jenny; it's so quirky, yet chic. Seeing as Little J is supposed to be a whiz on the sewing machine, could this be a Jenny Humphrey original we're looking at? Either way, she looks great for this upcoming episode, which is centred around a fashion show too.
