Courtney Love revealed that she took part in a Versace catwalk show so she could tell her daughter she was hot back in the day, according to reports.
Courtney, who is friends with Versace's Vice President, Donatella Versace, revealed that she used her fee for appearing in a sheer negligee to help her friend set up a bakery.
She said: I thought, 'This is stupid now'. I could give my friend her start-up money to start a bakery... I could have all the supermodels climb me, and tell my daughter... that I was hot enough to wear a see-through mauve kaftan."
The rocker received £120,000 for her brief appearance on the catwalk in Rome says contact music.
Courtney has also revealed to Elle magazine that she once turned up to the Grammys wearing a dress that cost just £32 after Donatella refused to lend her anything to wear.
We have to admit, after seeing some of the states Courtney get's herself to, we'd be reluctant to lend her our best Topshop dress let alone a designer gown worth thousands!
