We'd tune into the X Factor week after week last year just to catch a glimpse of Cheryl Cole's gorgeous outfits. The Girls Aloud star had proved her fashion status appearing regularly in the most gorgeous outfits but after a few wrong turns has her fashion crown slipped?
Cheryl was regularly topping Best Dressed lists last year and even bagged herself a Vogue cover, proof she was joining the stylish elite and she even bagged herself a coral Matthew Williamson before Hollywood A-listers Eva Longoria, Zoe Kravitz and Lindsay Lohan stepped out in it.
But now a couple of dodgy outfits have us questioning wether she really is our best dressed celebrity.
At the Brit Awards Launch Party Cheryl and band mate Kimberly embraced the 80s trend. We love the cute whit mini skirt with fab bow belt but that grey crop top? It looks more like gym wear than stage wear.
We know retro fashion is hot right now but that is just a bit too casual for our liking, we prefer Cheryl more polished. Besides you wouldn't see fellow stylistas Victoria Beckham or the Olsen twins in a baggy grey crop top, stick to dresses Chez.

Then there was her outfit at the Grammy awards. Cheryl, wisely, went for a dress but it was a bizarre lace half sheer half white dress which exposed her whole right bra cup. We do not approve.
Cheryl is meant to be our ambassador of great style, flashing your bra Jordan-style just won't cut it.
Fortunately Cheryl pulled out the big guns for the Brit awards and stepped out in a gorgeous flower embellished Georges Chakra dress and Jimmy Choo heels.
This is what we want to see Cheryl, more dress, less flesh!
Let's hope it was just a blip on the fashion radar and our favourite X Factor judge will be back to her best from now on.
