Travis Kelce considers Taylor Swift part of his family
The 34-year-old NFL star, who has been dating the ‘Bad Blood’ singer, also 34, since last summer, made it clear he thinks the performer belongs with his nearest and dearest days after his fellow athlete brother Jason Kelce, 36, did the same.
Travis revealed how close he and Taylor – who he calls “Tay” – have got while he and NFL player Jason reviewed an artwork a fan had sent them, which showcasing Jason tearing off his shirt and jumping into the crowd after Travis scored a touchdown during The Kansas City Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills playoff game on 21 January.
He said on his and Jason’s ‘New Heights’ podcast: “Look, you got the whole fam.”
The painting showed Jason standing in its centre alongside his and Travis’ parents Donna and Ed Kelce, who were cheering in the picture alongside his wife Kylie Kelce, 31, and Taylor.
Travis added: “You can tell that’s dad. That’s damn good. And you can tell that’s Ky in the back, you can tell that’s Tay, mom, yeah, that’s good stuff right there.”
The painting also showed Taylor holding up her hands in a heart gesture, in a nod to the her and Travis giving the sign during the January game.
Philadelphia Eagles player Jason previously called Taylor “family” when speaking how he and the singer, along with his parents, stormed the field after Travis’ team the Chiefs team won the AFC Championship title on 28 January.
He said: “We had the whole family down on the field. We had me, Mom, Dad and Taylor. Everybody was down there – the only people that mattered.
“Our family, friends and the people that came on the flight with us, dude.”
