Kerry Katona "can't wait" to start her fitness programme after recovering from coronavirus.
The 40-year-old pop star has teamed up with M-FIT to create a series of at-home workout plans, and she's determined to get herself in shape in 2021 after being diagnosed with coronavirus in December.
Alongside a promotional photo for her new brand, Kerry wrote on Instagram: "After being hit with Covid I’m definitely looking to bounce back stronger than ever and make 2021 one of my best yet [praying emoji] Let’s make it our year to shine!!
"Together with M-FIT we’ve put together my 90 day home workout plans and I can’t wait to get started again. This has been a lot of work in the making and I’m so happy we’re finally there!!
"Give the page a follow guys! January sale is on the way."
Kerry got engaged to Ryan Mahoney last year, and she previously revealed she was keen to get in shape for her wedding.
The pop singer - who has tied the knot three times before, to Brian McFadden, Mark Croft and George Kay - admitted she "didn't look [her] best" in her engagement photos and was eager to lose weight ahead of launching her new fitness company.
Speaking in September, the former Atomic Kitten star explained: "I didn't look my best in the pictures. You can see I've put weight on - I totally overindulged on holiday and I haven't trained for a while, so my figure has suffered as a result.
"Now I'm home, I'm back into my routine with Ryan. We're about to launch our fitness company M-Fit, so it's the perfect opportunity to get back in shape for the wedding!"
