Coronation Street's Tina McIntyre will have her heart broken by Tommy Duckworth.
The beautiful barmaid - who is played by Michelle Keegan - will be forced to face more trauma this autumn after her boyfriend (Chris Fountain) leaves her, but the shocking revelation that she's lost the love of her life may be the final straw for her.
The couple split earlier this year after the brunette beauty agreed to be a surrogate mother for Izzy Armstrong (Cherylee Houston) and Gary Windass (Mikey North), but the pair rekindled their romance after the arrival of baby Jake forced Tina to hit the bottle as she struggled to part with the tiny tot.
An insider told Inside Soap magazine: "This is the very last thing that Tina needs now. Tommy is the love of her life, and his support has been vital in helping her come to terms with giving up baby Jake. Their split could see poor Tina go off the rails completely."
The fragile stunner is slowly losing the plot after discovering her ex-boyfriend David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) deliberately caused the accident that left his brother Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) in a coma, fighting for his life.
The insider explained: "All this stress would be too much for anyone, let alone someone as fragile as Tina is right now. Rita is there to try to help her through - but when Tina is in this much pain, she tends to lash out. Things could get very ugly."
