Ashley Slanina-Davies wants to return to 'Hollyoaks' as her alter ego's "evil twin".
The 27-year-old actress is set to be killed off in the Channel 4 soap, but the blonde beauty is reluctant to leave the show and wants to make a comeback as her character Amy Barnes' sibling or an extra in the hope the audience don't recognise her.
Speaking to Star magazine about leaving the programme, she said: "I probably just won't let it go. Maybe I'll get in as an extra and see if anyone notices? Or come back as Amy's evil twin."
And Ashley, who has starred on the show on and off since 2005 but has decided to return to university to study neuroscience, is overwhelmed with "every emotion" possible at the thought of shooting her final scenes and leaving the programme.
Speaking of her exit, she said: "Difficult, strange, weird, fun and exciting.
"Basically every emotion, all at the same time."
However, Ashley isn't the only one who is sad about her departure, as her colleague and on-screen boyfriend Duncan James has admitted he will miss his co-star "terribly".
Speaking previously, the singer - who plays Ryan Knight - said: "My character is a bit of a numpty and unfortunately his life is about to be turned upside down because one of 'Hollyoaks' longest-running characters, the lovely Amy Barnes, is about to be dead. She's so gorgeous and I'm going to miss her terribly."
And the former Blue band member has praised the Manchester-born star for being his mentor.
He explained: "Ever since I started I've done everything with her. She's been my little mentor and Ashley is such a lovely, lovely girl and she's going to be dead, unfortunately.
"I'm about to come back and then find her, unfortunately."
