After being found guilty of eight charges of indecent assault by a jury last April, Max Clifford was sentenced the following month to eight years behind bars, but now he's reported to have been re-arrested as part of the Metropolitan Police's ongoing wide-ranging investigation.
Scotland Yard said that a 71-year-old have been questioned, and it's thought to be Clifford who is serving his current sentence at Cambridgeshire's Littlehey Prison.
With Operation Yewtree originally set up to probe allegations surrounding notorious sexual predator Jimmy Savile, it was eventually expanded to look into claims made against further named television personalities and celebrities, dubbed the 'Others'.
Max was said to be arrested yesterday, and the Metropolitan Police commented it was "in connection with allegations of sexual offences, under the strand of the investigation we have termed 'Others'.
"He was interviewed at a police station in Peterborough. Enquiries continue."
Though police haven't named the individual arrested, they did say the man wasn't "new" to the investigation, and Clifford was subsequently named on Twitter by Mark Williams-Thomas - the man who exposed Jimmy Savile's crimes.
Meanwhile, shamed weatherman and convicted child sex offender, television weatherman Fred Talbot is to be sentenced today at Manchester Crown Court, for indecently assaulting two teenage boys.
Last month saw Gary Glitter become the fourth high-profile figure to be convicted under the Yewtree investigation, with former Radio 1 DJ Dave Lee Travis and children's entertainer Rolf Harris also found guilty of historic sexual offences.
