Edgar Ramírez and Usher Raymond are set to go head to head as they take on the roles of boxing icons Roberto Duran and Sugar Ray Leonard in Hands of Stone.
Hands of Stone chronicles the rivalry between these two great fighters and marks the return of Jonathan Jakubowicz to the director's chair.
This is the third feature film of Jakubowicz's career and comes after Ships of Hope and Secuestro express. As well as being in the director's chair, Jakubowicz has also penned the film's screenplay.
The brand new red band trailer has been released by The Weinstein Company and we have it for you to take a look at:
Robert de Niro is also on board as Duran's trainer Ray Arcel and Ramirez, Raymond, and de Niro are joined on the cast list by Ana de Armas, Ellen Barkin, and John Turturro.
Hands Of Stone follows the life of Roberto Duran (Ramirez), the Panamanian fighter who made his professional debut in 1968 as a 16-year-old and retired in 2002 at the age of 50.
In June 1980, with the help of his trainer Ray Arcel (de Niro), he defeated Sugar Ray Leonard (Raymond) to capture the WBC welterweight title, but shocked the boxing world by returning to his corner in their November rematch, famously saying the words 'no mas'.
We have been treated to some fantastic boxing movies over the years and Hands of Stone is the latest in what has been a great film genre.
Hands of Stone is released later this year.
