Chloe Moretz has described her Dark Shadows character as ‘weird’.
The actress teams up with Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, which is based on the sixties gothic soap opera if the same name.
Moretz takes on the role of Carolyn Stoddard in the movie and she hints that her character is hiding s secret.
Speaking to Total Film the actress said: “It’s that fine line Tim Burton always does.
“It’s like Beetle juice - at time it’s kind of freaky and you’re scared but at the same time that you are laughing and you’re like, why am I laughing at this weird moment?
“I’m really weird in the movie. I have a very dark secret.”
The movie boasts an all star cast as Eva Green, Michelle Pfeiffer, Johnny Lee Miller and Helena Boham Carter join Depp and Moretz on the cast list.
But before we see Moretz in dark Shadows she will be back on the big screen this Christmas with Hugo, which sees her team up with another big named director… Martin Scorsese.
Dark Shadows is released 11th Mary 2012.
