Hats are back. Forget hiding from the sun under a baseball cap because this summer is all about wearing a funky trilby, classic bowler, stylish beret or even a printed turban with pride.
We saw plenty of headwear on the catwalks in September with Julien Macdonald, Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors all featuring hats in their spring/summer collections and now the trend has hit the high street.

Trilbies have been popular with the celebs for a while and look fab with a night on the town outfit but this summer straw trilbies are great for casual daytime wear too. Expect to see Peaches and co sporting them on the festival circuit.
Bowler hats are a statement of the English gentleman but girl's look fab in them too. Sienna Miller has recently been spotted looking cute in a bowler and just this week Sarah Harding gave the classic piece a funky 80s look by teaming it with black and white stripes.
