Brad Pitt

We've noticed a rather worrying trend on men of late and, more specifically on gorgeous men- the return of the moustache. The latest celebrity to fall victim to this is none other than the super hot Brad Pitt.

Pitt was pictured last night attending the premiere of his latest film, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, sporting what looked like a seriously dodgy piece of facial hair.

The rest of his look was picture perfect, including the piece of arm candy he had accessorised his look with; Angelina Jolie. In contrast to her other half, Ange looked stunning in a white gown, only accessorised with a flash of red lipstick.

Brad's not the only one getting in on the act, as best mate George Clooney has also been spotted looking decidedly dodgy of late, sporting long hair and a horredous moustache. We think he's trying to replicate the look of famous moustached man Tom Selleck, as there is now an uncanny resemblance!

Another piece of eye candy that has fallen foul of the moustache is none other than British star, Jude Law. He is starting to look like Peter Sellers a little bit, but weirdly this doesn't look half as bad as some of the other celebrity facial hair disasters.

Daniel Craig was pictured sporting a greyish beard last year, which came as a shock for most females as Craig had just been reinvented as a sex symbol, following his debut at James Bond in Casino Royale. Thankfully, the beard was gone when he reprised his role in last month's, sequel, Quantum of Solace.

To cement our theory that dodgy facial hair is not a good look on men, step forward former Bill star, Jeff Stewart who was pictured last week looking almost unrecognisable with wild hair and a long greyish beard.

We can only assume that they are growing their facial hair for a film role, or maybe its to keep them warm during the cold winter months? Remember the last time Brad grew that depressing beard for his role in The Fountain, only for filming to then be cancelled? Maybe it's a similar situation here, either that or Borat has suddenly become a style icon...
