Scout Willis is too "sensitive" to forge a film career like her parents, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
The 23-year-old artist admitted she finds the media focus on her parents to be overly-intrusive which is why she doesn't think she is cut out for Hollywood.
She explained: "God bless them but I would never want to be an actress - I'm too sensitive. They take a beating and it's about your personal life as well as your art. I like to be in control of what I'm making. I've seen my parents put everything into a role and then somewhere along the line it becomes about other peoples' decisions."
The star made the comments while promoting the launch of Impossible's 8 x 8 exhibition at Hoxton Gallery in London which features eight Polaroid-style photographs taken by Scout, exploring the theme of youthful sexuality.
Speaking about the photos, she told the Evening Standard newspaper: "In this exhibition it's me in all of them, all of the pieces. My senior thesis was a series I did about people's relative comfort and discomfort with their bodies so there were a lot of nudes. It wouldn't be fair to ask other people to do that if I wasn't comfortable doing it too."
The free exhibition, which also features work from Lana Del Rey's sister Chuck Grant and The Kills' Alison Mosshart, will be open until February 22.
