Samia Ghadie's baby son will grow up bilingual.
The 'Coronation Street' star welcomed her second child Yves into the world six months ago with her fiancé Sylvain Longchambon - who was born and raised in Saint-Priest - and, although he's still very young, she's keen for him to become fluent in both English and French when he's older.
She explained: "Yes, he [Yves] will [grow up bilingual]."
And the couple have already started taking little steps to get Yves used to the language by speaking to him in French.
Samia - who also has six-year-old daughter Freya from a previous relationship - added: "Sylvain speaks to him in French so Freya and I need to catch up."
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old actress is frantically trying to master the language of love herself because she really struggles to hold a conversation with her beau's family.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "I can have a conversation with Sylvain's family now without my heart rate racing if he goes out of the room. When we go to France his family don't really speak much English so it's a bit tricky but they can tell what I'm trying to say."
