Kanye West is thought to be pressing charges against a photographer he clashed with outside his home.
The incident happened yesterday (27.09.13) after the outspoken rapper blasted two members of the paparazzi for harassing him outside his Los Angeles mansion.
According to TMZ - who say their photographers were not involved West has reviewed CCTV footage which supposedly proves one of the paparazzo was trespassing.
The two cameramen had apparently turned up at his home in the early hours, around 4am to question him about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel.
West and Kimmel had started the feud after the chat show host ridiculed West's recent Radio 1 interview, in which he claimed he was the number one rock star in the world.
The star who is noted for his dislike of the press told the photographers to "shut the f**k up" and blasted them for their tactics in a rant captured on camera.
He said: "Don't say anything to me man. You're out in front of my house at 4am asking, 'How's it going?' It's not going good.
"You're out here trying to make money ... You know I don't want you to say nothing to me ... Respect that."
Kanye himself was was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft earlier this month after a clash with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport.
