Women of the year awards It was the Women of Year awards held in London. It?s an event to celebrate people with female body parts doing good things. We spotted crazy woman Ruby Wax arriving and looking as crazy as ever. It was her friend Lulu who was one of the winners. She is currently strutting her stuff on Strctly Come Dancing and said: ?When I attended the Women of the Year Lunch last year I was so moved by the amazing women I met and the inspiring work they do in their communities, nationwide and indeed worldwide. To be invited back again as a winner is beyond my wildest expectations and I am both humbled and thrilled. What I have learned is that when women roll up their sleeves, there is no end to what we can achieve." We also spotted Jo Wood at the event ? Ronnie Wood?s ex wife. They split in 2008 after he had an affair with a young Russian waitress. He then started dating another young female called Ana ? a Russian model ? what is it with the Russians ? this was the nail in the coffin for his marriage. There was a bit of an awkward situation last week when both Ana and Jo Wood turned up to watch the same musical in London. They managed to avoid eachother, although Ronnie and Ana have also now split ? and he has been spotted with yet another mystery young female ? nobody knows yet of she is Russian! But Jo Wood, who after her marriage split said: ''For a long time I just cried and cried. But now I'm the happiest I've ever been.' Certianly deserved to be at the Women of the year awards.
