Since all the talk of when the baby was going to be born is out of the way since she’s actually now here, everyone looks to who is going to be her God Parents. We are of course talking about Beyonce and Jay Z and their daughter baby Blue Ivy. Reports suggest that they have chosen them. Apparently Oprah Winfrey is going to be Blue’s Godmother. We think that is a very good choice. Why would you not want the richest and most powerful entertainment woman in America as your Godmother? Imagine the presents she would buy. Apparently Jay and Beyonce have become very close with Oprah Winfrey over the past few years and so she was a very natural choice. And as for Blue’s Godfather, it seems that the job is going to Jay Z’s close friend Tyran Smith – or Ty Ty for short. It was originally thought that jay Z would ask Kanye west – but then with the trouble kanye has got himself into recently, with his random rants, maybe he isn’t the best role model. Although we do think this is all Kanye needs to get on stage and have another rant – another big outburst but probably about Godparents this time. Beyonce and Jay Z had their baby girl on 7th January at a hospital in New York and not only have they had many tweets from celebrities to congratulate them, they’ve also had visits from a few. Kelly Rowland, who again, will be another person upset to not be asked in the Godparent situation, went o visit the baby and said that she just couldn’t stop looking at her. She said: "We all just stared at her. I just stared at her. She is so beautiful." There had been rumours that Kelly had sang to the baby, but Kelly denied this and said that she really did just stare.
