Here is Twiggy in London. She seems to be all over the place at the moment as she promotes her new record. She has been talking recently about what she's up to and how supermodels today are nightmares. She also claimed she's being quite reflective as she gets older and looked back on her younger self. She said: . "I wasn't conventionally pretty. I was very thin. I think especially girls at that age feel they're either too fat or too thin or their hair's too curly or too straight. I used to get criticised for not eating but I ate like a horse, I just couldn't put on any weight. I'm just naturally thin." She talked about the models of today and said: "I love Kate Moss. I've worked with her a couple of times and she is a great girl, really funny and easy to work with. There are some nightmares, but the less said about them, the better." Twiggy was the biggest model of her day, in popularity clearly, not in size. She has revealed that she actually came up with her famous look herself. She said: "I used to do my own make-up. I used to have this doll that had those big eyelashes on the top and bottom andÊ I think I copied her when I was doing my eyes, putting false eyelashes on the bottom as well as the top. So I came up with that look myself." Twiggy, as well as her modelling, also did a lot of singing, and has a new album out now. It's called Romantcially Yours. She also worked in the past with film director Ken Russell, who sadly passed away this week. She talked about this: Clip: "Sad about Ken Russell isn't it. Yeah really sad. Do you have much to do with him? Well I've known him for years, yeah. And it was so sudden wasn't it. Well he'd been sick for a while." Twiggy worked with Ken on the set of 'The Boy Friend' in 1971.
