Russell Crowe doesn’t seem to have the word relax in his vocabulary. He is currently in the UK filming for his latest movie Les miserables. He has had some down time before being on set, and rather than chill out or read a book, he has been getting up to all sorts of activities. His twitter account is full of updates from him about how far he has run, or cycled or rowed, and he even had a small run-in with a gym local to where he was staying. The story is that Russell had contacted the gym and asked if he could go down. They said yes and it would be a charge of £30. He agreed to this but once he got there, the club turned him away and said it was members only. Naturally, Russell then took to twitter to slag off the gym. He described the staff as hoity toity and suggested that they get fit and smart. He then posted a tweet about a different gym and said he would go there as it was friendly. After sleeping on it, Russell obviously decided that his original tweet to the first gym was harsh, as he then posted an apology. It said: "Have realised that my tweet was unkind. Sorry to the thousands of dedicated, hard working staff that keep the UK active. Cheers," At least Russell is keeping himself in shape, and he needs to with all the movie roles on offer. The latest one that he has been associated with is playing Noah in a film about Noah’s ark. We hear that he has replaced Christian Bale to take the part, and the film will be directed by Aronofsky – the same guy who did Black Swan.
