Rita Ora wanted to kiss Iggy Azalea. The 'How We Do' hitmaker asked Iggy, to make out with her during the pair's performance of their new track 'Black Widow' at the MTV VMAs on Sunday but the 'Fancy' singer refused because she didn't want to copy Britney Spear's and Madonna's controversial on-stage kiss at the awards in 2003. She told The Sun newspaper: "I said to Iggy we should just make out on stage, kiss during our performance. "She told me that would be crazy because it's already been done. "Britney Spears and Madonna kissing was my favourite VMA performance ever." Rita also revealed that the pair were lucky to be performing at all following an accident during rehearsals which saw Iggy tumble off the stage prior to the ceremony. She said: "Bless her. I was just happy she was OK because, God forbid, we couldn't perform after all that. Can you imagine?"
