Pierce has opened up recently about his James Bond films. He played 007 from 1995 to 2002. He revealed that he cannot watch them, and this annoys his sons. He said about the films: "I never go near them. I'm badly criticized by my boys that I will not sit and watch them with them, but I just don't have any desire to see them. I find no nourishment in them." Despite this, he says he is deeply proud of the films, but just can't watch them now. He added: "I just don't find any comfort in watching them. I'll cast my eye over them, but I have to move away and say, 'Go ahead, boys. It's all yours.' Judi Dench has revealed recently that she loves Daniel Craig and thinks he does a great job, but she does miss Pierce Brosnan.
