Newsflash – Lindsay Lohan went to a party and didn’t drink any alcohol – and even more impressive the party was actually her own – to celebrate her turning 26! It was over the weekend just gone that Lindsay had a birthday party in a West Hollywood nightclub, and the whole thing wasn’t alcohol-free, in fact there was plenty of alcohol around on the tables for Lindsay’s friends, but she managed to stay away from it. In true celebrity style, she arrived at her party just after midnight – yes, midnight – that’s normally when we’d be going home too yet Lindsay was just beginning! She wore a tight pink dress – perfectly attention-seeking for a birthday girl. So rather than pour alcohol down her throat all night, she danced instead. The whole place sung happy birthday to her and she was presented with cup cakes, and then she spent the night next to the DJ booth getting down to the tunes. A source said: "She sat at her table close to the DJ, and he performed several songs for Lindsay. She was loving them and looked happy and carefree as she danced all around with her friends. There was a ton of alcohol at Lindsey's table, however she didn't appear to be drinking." Lindsay, after all her problems, has vowed to get her life back on track. She is currently filming for Liz and Dick -a film about the life of Elizabeth Taylor and so her career was getting back on track. There were just a few worries last week with rumours that she was behaving like a diva on set, and only just before that she had collapsed – but she put this down to exhaustion. The one thing she does seem to act like a diva about is her cigarettes. A source said: "Literally every time she finishes a scene she lights up another cigarette. You can hear the crew saying, 'That's cut -- get a cigarette for Lindsay.'" Right Lindsay, next step, stop smoking!
