Lana Del Rey's stalker has been sentenced to 84 days in jail. Zachary Self, 19, broke into the singer's house in Malibu, California, back in November 2015. While Lana wasn't home at the time, he was spotted by construction staff working at the property but managed to escape before police arrived. However, officers tracked him down due to a laptop and notebook he had left in the garage, where he had apparently been camping out. In the notebook, Zachary had professed his love for the 'Summertime Sadness' singer in messages including one that stated he was "engaged to heaven on Earth with Lana Del Rey." There was also evidence that Zachary had been cyber stalking Lana on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Police finally located Zachary on December 1, 2015, at which point the teenager told them he had developed an obsession with Lana "while under the influence of hallucinogens", according to TMZ.com. The outlet also reports that Zachary's family have said he suffers form bipolar disorder. Zachary pleaded no contest to the charges. As well as the jail term, he was sentenced to five years' probation and a year in a residential program. He was also ordered to stay away from Lana for the next 10 years.
