If you cast your minds back a few years to before you’d heard of the Kardashians – I know – unthinkable isn’t it? There was Kim and therewas a boy called Ray J and they decided to make a home video. It was when this video was released for general public consumption that Kim Kardashians meteoric rise to fame initially began. Now rumours are circulating that the Kardashian clan had more to do with that tape making it into the public sphere than was previously believed, and quite scarily, the finger is being pointed at non other than Mamma K – Kris Jenner. According to sources Kris made sure that the set up of the film’s sale led to Kim’s fame. A ‘source’ says ‘Kris was totally involved in arranging the sale of Kim's tape. ‘The video already existed, and Kris was there every step of the way as a middleman brought in to market it to an adult entertainment company.’ Kim was just 23 when the tape was filmed and those who watch the reality Tv series will have seen her cry in apparent regret at its mere existence, but these reports suggest the release was all part of the plan for Kris. ‘Everything she does in this world, every decision she makes on her daughters' behalf, is based on greed and publicity. And has nothing to do with her family's stability or happiness.’ OUCH Meanwhile, the other mummy of the family Kourtney has been gushing about the love she feels for her new baby Penelope. The first pictures have been released of the beautiful little girl, delighting their millions of fans. Kourtney says she wasn’t prepared for how much she would love the new addition. She said: 'Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her!' Kourtney gave birth to daughter Penelope Scotland Disick in Los Angeles on July 8th, weighing 7lbs 14oz. Although we’re really not sure about the middle name, we think she’s gorgeous and wish them all the best for their futures together.
