Things are moving in the Hulk Hogan sex tape department. It was last month that rumours first started about one actually existing featuring the wrestling star, and now it has got to the threatening of legal action stage. The lawyers for Hulk Hogan have got involved after still frames from the video have ended up being published on a website. The photos show a man, who is alleged to be Hulk, doing rudies with a mystery lady. Hulk’s lawyer wrote to the website and using Hulk Hogan’s real surname, said: "As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida." We’re guessing that Hulk Hogan has enough reason to at least think there is a possibility of it being him, since he has got his lawyer involved. It was last month when it all first kicked off over it all. Apparently the video was being offered to various porn websites. It allegedly features Hulk taking his clothes off while a mystery brunette, is lay on the bed. The man in the video then, in a rather cringe-worthy fashion, takes off his top and says “I started to work out again” Now we’d be more embarrassed at that statement than the actual sex tape itself. The woman in the video is not thought to be Hulk’s ex wife, or his current girlfriend – who is blonde. We do have to say one thing though, for a guy who is getting on a bit – well, he’s nearly 60 – his body isn’t in bad shape – although he does know it!
