One Direction are taking over the world – well, they’ve just taken America by storm anyway. Nothing seems to be able to stop the boys and nothing also seems able to stop their chasing of girls. Harry Styles – the one with the curly hair – has already made it clear that he goes for older women. His last girlfriend was 32 and he is just 18. Now, he has set his eyes on Kim Kardashian. During a radio interview in America, Harry asked Kim out. She wasn’t in the room, he was just hoping she was listening. He also held up a poster of Kim and wrote on it ‘call me, maybe?’ and a smiley face! He certainly is one person who isn’t bothered about her current reputation – he’d probably love to be married to her for 72 days and then have her leave. The boys in One Direction are loving every minute of their sudden American success. And they do seem to be trying to make some famous friends there. Niall also tried to get in touch with the Kardashians. In quite a cringe worthy way, he tweeted them and asked them to go to their gig. Niall invited Khloe Kardashian and her hubby Lamar on the social networking site. Khloe didn’t ignore him, thank god. That would have been awful. She replied and said: "Ugh! Lamar will be playing out of town in Houston and I will be in LA but I come back that day. Keep me posted on the time, wooo." Well, it wasn’t a totally humiliating let down from Khloe Kardashian. One Direction have also landed themselves a show on Nickelodeon. The channel confirmed that they will be working with the lads and said: “welcome to the family.”
