We find it very bizarre that Gwyneth Paltrow can be so weird, yet look so normal. We’ve all heard about her crazy healthy ways, and another thing she has started doing has just added to this. She has been having injections of bee venom. It apparently is very good pain relief. Gwyn said: "I was recently given bee venom therapy for an old injury and it disappeared. It's a little known therapy practised by apitherapists that has been used for centuries. It's a form of acupuncture where bee venom is injected in select acupuncture points." We know it’s meant to give pain relief, but it all sounds very painful to us! Gwyneth is also taking things a step further and making bees an even bigger part of her life. Don’t worry, she hasn’t yet decided to change her career to a bee keeper, but she is now cooking dishes at home for her family using honey. When she is preparing meals for hubby Chris Martin and children Apple and Moses, she is looking at ways in which she can add in honey. And talking of cooking, Gwyn has had to defend her best selling cookbook. A newspaper in New York claimed that she hadn’t actually written it herself but instead used a ghost-writer. When she saw the column, she was quick to respond on her Twitter page, writing, "Love @nytimes dining section but this weeks facts need checking. No ghost writer on my cookbook, I wrote every word myself." Go Gwynny! You tell them!
