Ed Sheeran is planning to treat Taylor Swift to a traditional British pub experience. The 22-year-old singer - who has been touring with the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker in the US since the beginning of the year - wants to wine and dine the 23-year-old beauty at a watering hole in his hometown of Halifax, west Yorkshire. He said: "I've been away for six months and now I'm hoping to take Taylor to my local pub. "[My friend] Jordan from Rizzle Kicks is going to come too and we're going to be really English, wearing tweed so she can feel really awkward." However, Taylor may have to watch out as the flame-haired singer is planning revenge on her after she played a prank on him at the Billboard Music Awards in May, leaving him embarrassed in front of the star-studded audience. Speaking on Radio 1, he added: "I didn't know what to - at a British ceremony, like the BRIT Awards, you just sit there and get drunk. "I was the only English person. She told me at an American awards show whenever anyone wins or performs you stand up, dance and clap, then she left me on my own in the front row. "The first band came on so I stand up but no-one else does - so I'm stood there alone in front of Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber."
